HR ACCELERATE BEATA MOLSKA Therapy & Consulting has been active on Polish market since 1997 and was founded by Beata Molska. Currently, our team consists of 4 consultants/trainers. We share common passion for working with people and their development. We have been building our experience as managers and experts in international corporations, amongst others in HR and Commercial Departments. Our team is comprised of people who have chosen HR consulting and supporting people’s development as their career path.

We constantly expand our competencies in those areas and we build our competitive advantage on them. What is more, in the case of larger projects, we cooperate with trainers and coaches verified in practice who are experts in their fields. We are extremely proud that during those years we have successfully completed numerous recruitment, development and interim management projects both for international corporation and Polish companies, from the largest ones to small family businesses.
