Beata Molska

Business psychologist, Manager, ICC coach, trainer, founder of Beata Molska Consulting & Training

She has more than 12 years of managerial experience (HR Director, HR Manager, Head of Training, Manager of team of coaches, team leader of sales team).

Between 2006-2015 she gained experience in managing large teams in international corporations in the finance and insurance sectors as Group HR Director/Europe region (Coface Poland/Axa Assistance) or as Interim HR Manager (ING Commercial Finance). She has been working as a business coach and personal consultant for 14 years, and since 2007 as Certified International Coach ICC. Currently she collaborates with the University of Social Psychology as a lecturer at post-graduate studies in the field of Human Resources Management.

A graduate of Leon Kozminski Academy specializing in Business and Psychology as well as MBA and Postgraduate Studies of Therapy and Group Training at University of Warsaw (School of Trainers).

At the beginning of her career, while working as a representative of banking and corporate client advisor, she gained practical skills in working with clients. When managing the sales team at Citibank and working as a trainer in the HR department at Fortis Bank, she gained practical skills in sales management and training. She has carried out numerous projects in the field of training, consulting and HRM.

She is qualified to analyze professional aptitude during recruitment projects by applying various psychometric tools including: the Profiles XT method of assessing and Extended DISC.

She specializes in executive coaching and training for management staff on the psychological aspects of management, employee assessment, interpersonal communication and training on sales techniques and customer service, as well as manager recruitment projects and building sales networks.
