In the American Financial and Insurance Corporation was working at various levels from linear position to Assisting Chief Marketing Officer. He was a Board Member of coaching company, Team Leader, Sales Director in service and trade corporation and the Sales-Marketing Director in production and trade corporation.

He is a coach since 1994, initially as an internal coach and since 2007 as an external coach. Also has many years of experience in conducting workshops for coaches. As the creator of training programs he works not only in the form of training workshops, but also bases on training at workplace (TBO and OJT). For 8 years he has been running coaching for employees – managers and senior managers.

He is a graduate from Polish Air Force Academy in Dęblin, University of Economics in Wroclaw (where he graduated from the Faculty of Management and Computer Science and the MBA) and also University of Social Sciences and Humanities in Warsaw.
