He is an economist and IT specialist also cooperating as project manager, private and public sector enterprises auditor. He has expert certificate of TCO for Distributed Computing, as well as PRINCE2™ and PMP certificates. He obtained broad expert experience in IT and business consulting. Co-creator of Value IT, a method of high risk undertakings value estimation, co-author of training programs: project management, controlling in IT, project controlling (portfolios, programmes).

As Manager he specializes in the area of high risk project management, especially in the scope of rescuing endangered projects, organization of consortium projects with high subcontractor involvement and enterprises within capital groups. He obtained the experience whilst acting as a project manager for a contractor (and portfolio manager in charge of high risk project portfolio in a large IT consulting company), as well as project manager of a client in telecommunications, insurance and public administration sectors.

He possesses expert knowledge in controlling in project and process services organizations, with particular emphasis on management of IT organization in telecommunications and service entities whose core business is based on ICT.

He has many years of experience as a trainer and consultant. He received the “Speaker of the Year 2006” award from the Institute for International Research (IIR) . He continually cooperates with Warsaw School of Economcs, Leon Kozminski Academy and reputable training companies as a lecturer. He has written numerous articles and he is a regular contributor to brand magazine “Controlling and Accounting Management”, as well as is ocassionally published in newspapers and magazines addressed to executives .

Since 2006 he has been frequently invited to be a speaker or participant in panel discussions at conferences, seminars, and meetings of professional organizations.
